Community

 What is it?

How do we create it?

How do we sustain it?

Community building around sustainabilty is messy, literally. Focus on the mission. Focus on the outcome and let us know how we can help to achieve a "win win" solution.

Share your stories, share your thoughts and embrace the differences.

The health of a community is dependent and evident on the health of the waterways. Keeping them vibrant is necessary for continued growth.

Crooked Creek Indy,

The CC Waterway flows 11 miles from in NW Indianapolis and feeds into the White River just southeast of Marion University. Over the years development has eliminated much of the creek and its habitat. The namesake creek is just that... crooked. It crosses Michigan Rd. Kessler Blvd and several other areas and is surrounded by abundant wildlife. Protection of these riparian corridors is critical as development continue to reduce natural buffers along its bank.

5 G Towers Near You

Why are we talking about 5 G

Cellular companies are dropping poles and towers randomly in neighborhoods with no input from neighbors. In telecommunications, 5G is the fifth generation technology standard for cellular networks, which cellular phone companies began deploying worldwide in 2019, the planned successor to the 4G networks which provide connectivity to most current cellphones.

Utility Easements

An easement is the right to use part of a property without owning it. Utility easements are one of the most common types of easements for private property, which generally allow public utility companies access to the property for the purpose of installing, repairing and maintaining utility lines.
